Thoughts to the Family of Captain William DuBois

Air Force planesThe Department of Defense has released the name of a U.S. Airman who recently died while supporting Operation Inherent Resolve.

My thoughts, and I”m sure of millions of Americans, go to the parents and friends of Captain William H. DuBois. Only 30-years-old, Captain DuBois was from of New Castle, Colorado.

The Captain died Dec. 1 when his F-16 aircraft crashed near a coalition air base in the middle East. He was assigned to the 77th Fighter Squadron, Shaw Air Force Base in South Carolina.

May this brave pilot be remembered for his dedication to duty and his commitment to America. I know Americans everywhere share the loss of this  brave man who died far too young. I hope his family and friends find some comfort in knowing that people do care and they share the family’s loss.
