Caltrans has just released information that they are initiating a Director’s Order for $1.5 million to repair the Theodore Street overpass on State Route 60 in Moreno Valley. If you live in that area or will be traveling through that area you’ll want to read this!
Engineers are estimating that the repair work will last approximately six months, weather permitting. The overpass will remain closed to allow for the demolition and rebuilding of two of the six girders on the south side of the bridge over the westbound SR 60.
Once the contractor is in place a work schedule will be released. Motorists are advised to use alternate ramps before and after Theodore Street.
