Anybody out there curious about how the mountain communities got to be where they are and not someplace else? Well, if you attend the upcoming event on Sunday, April 19 you’ll find out. This fascinating event will feature U.S. Forest Service representative Bruce Richer. In his fascinating program  he will discuss the first 100 years of the San Bernardino National Forest and how, and when, the current communities began since they didn’t just start on their own, so to speak. This fascinating event is sponsored by the Rim of the World Historical Society so come on out and find out more about how the local communities got to be where they are!

It’s bound to be very interesting so if you’re interested in this free event go to Snow Valley Mountain Resort before the event begins at 2 p.m.
