The Corona Women’s Business Partnership will soon be offering a special event on Thursday, June 11 to help women learn about writing that book they’ve been thinking about for so long.
Women are invited to attend the event that will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Corona City Hall Multipurpose Room in Corona. There will be a panel of authors who will enlighten prospective authors on how they launched their writing careers and gained more recognition for themselves and/or their businesses. If you’ve considered expanding your expertise into a book, you won’t want to miss this event.
For more information contact the Inland Empire Women’s Business Center at (909) 890-1242. Throughout the last few years I have attended a couple of their programs and it’s always very educational.
Is it time to get that book out of your brain and onto paper? This event may just help be the catalyst you need to set pen to paper (or computer) and get going.
The Inland Empire Women’s Business is a program of the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship at California State University, San Bernardino. In partnership with the U.s. Small Business Administration, the IEWBC provides business counseling, training and mentoring designed for, and targeted to women business owners.
The program provides targeted services to Latina business owners, currently the fastest growing group of women-owned businesses in the country. In this program they provide services in English and Spanish.
