Historical Society Hosting Fascinating Discussion on Old AH Water Train

Have you ever heard of the Arrowhead Line and Water Train? I haven’t until now when I got an invite to the upcoming Rim of the World Historical Society meeting that will include an undoubtedly  fascinating history presentation on the train that transported water from the Arrowhead Springs  down the mountain and through the streets of San Bernardino many, many years ago.

Longtime San Bernardino County historian Mark Landis will be delivering this fascinating story. Mark is a great storyteller and journalist who often writes a column in the San Bernardino Sun newspaper.

This special free event will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, October 22. at the Burnt Mill Beach Club. Although though no reservations are required be sure to be there early as this promises to be a fascinating presentation. The club is located at 27176 Peninsula Drive in Lake Arrowhead.
