Looking for a great summer job? If so, the UCLA Bruin Woods is hiring for their upcoming summer program at the beautiful, historic UCLA Conference Center. This family resort is much beloved by all Bruins as it is ideally set by the lake and the grounds are perfectly beautiful.
The Summer Job Fair will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 12 at the beautiful facility which is located at 850 Willow Creek Road in Lake Arrowhead.
Some of the positions available include dining room servers, ropes course facilitators, assistant cooks, arts and crafts coordinator, housekeepers, groundskeepers, accounting assistant and dishwashers.
All applicants must be at least 16-years-old. If applicants are under 18-years-old they need to pick up a work permit application at their school’s administration office. If applicants cannot attend the job fair they should go by the conference center front desk anytime for an employment application.
Working at the summer family camp is great fun and it is a great way to make new friends as well as earning money. The starting pay at the summer family camp is $15.42 per hour. While no experience is necessary this type of job will look good on a resume so teenagers through “oldsters” should consider looking into this great opportunity. Everyone hired will be required to pass a drug test, physical exam and be cleared of a criminal background.
